La Rosée Cosmétiques Canada

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

About LA ROSÉE

Created by pharmacists for pharmacists, La Rosée has been revolutionizing clean beauty since 2015 with skincare formulated with up to 100% naturally derived ingredients, clinically proven efficacy, and eco-friendly packaging. With a loyal and fast-growing community, La Rosée has become a must-have brand in France.

Now available exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart, La Rosée introduces 25 carefully curated SKUs to the Canadian market, focusing on face care, body care, and hygiene essentials designed for all skin types, including the most sensitive.

With a steadfast commitment to clean beauty and sustainability, La Rosée avoids controversial ingredients, delivering high-performance, natural formulations that are both effective and planet-friendly. Proudly designed and manufactured in France, the brand aligns luxury with responsibility.

This launch marks La Rosée’s entry into Canada, building on its position as the #1 growth driver in the French dermo-cosmetics market (May 2023 - April 2024, GERS data) and offering Canadian consumers a fresh approach to natural, high-efficacy skincare.

About the Role

As La Rosée prepares to launch its own Canadian e-commerce platform in 2026, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator based in the Greater Toronto Area. This role will be key in executing our go-to-market strategy, championing our brand values, and driving sustainable growth across Canada.

We are seeking a digitally savvy marketer with a strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, capable of providing valuable insights on how to leverage each platform effectively. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and resourceful — someone who thrives in a start-up environment and can help us build our digital presence from the ground up.

Reporting to the Canadian Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing La Rosée’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. Your deep understanding of digital dynamics and performance data will be key to maximizing visibility, engagement, and business results.

As La Rosée grows in Canada, this position offers strong potential for expanded responsibilities and career growth within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Canadian Marketing Manager to develop and execute La Rosée’s digital marketing strategy for the Canadian market.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.

  • Provide strategic recommendations on digital channel mix, campaign structure, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable improvements to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and interpret digital algorithms and trends to ensure continuous optimization of paid media efforts.

  • Support the creation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for the launch of La Rosée’s Canadian e-commerce site.

  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure consistency of brand message and creative execution across all platforms.

  • Assist in managing SEO, SEM, and website performance to enhance online visibility and customer experience.

  • Contribute to digital content planning and performance tracking for email, social, and web campaigns.

  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices relevant to start-ups and DTC brands.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience managing digital campaigns.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to start-up or brand launch environments. Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, etc.).

  • Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results.

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) preferred.

  • Passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and digital innovation.

Why Join LA ROSÉE?

  • Be part of a brand that’s revolutionizing skincare with simplicity, authenticity, and a commitment to nature.

  • Play a key role in bringing LA ROSÉE’s mission to life in Canada, backed by a passionate and innovative global team.

  • Contribute to a purpose-driven movement that prioritizes sustainability, transparency, and ethical beauty.
